Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

How much will it cost me?

Having a Maintenance Contract

Customers with Maintenance and Support Contract will refer to the original terms and Conditions over that contract, any additional hours or services per month will be charged at the contract rates.

Per Incident Support

Per Hour Cost : $95.00 / Hour ( Minimum 1 Hour and Increments of 30 minutes for all Visits)

Remote Support : $ 50.00 First 30 minutes ( Pre-Pay Only )

Emergency and After Hours Incidents:

Per Hour Cost : $145.00 / Hour ( Minimum 1 Hour and Increments of 30 minutes)


This type of work will be customized per request.

Travel Time and other Fees may apply

Payment conditions:

For Support Services excluding current customers with Maintenance and Support Contracts , Customers must Pre-Pay for the Services prior the Support Visit or Pay the technician at the time of the service.

Pre-Pay Block

Customers that don’t have a Maintenance and Support Contract may take advantage of our Pre-Pay Block of Hours
